Great stay I had such a great experience and I’m honestly so happy with the service. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and comfortable. Everything was handled professionally, with attention to detail and genuine care. The atmosphere was lovely, relaxing, and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. The final result exceeded my expectations and I couldn’t be more pleased. It’s clear that real passion and skill go into the work. I truly appreciate the effort and high standards. I will definitely be coming back and recommending this place to my friends and family. Absolutely fantastic overall experience!

the positives: the kindness of the housekeepers. the buffet for breakfast. The SPA. the negatives: - Total absence of soundproofing between rooms: The noisy conversations of other guests as well as the sound of their television make the stay particularly uncomfortable. the dilapidated rooms: The room assigned to me had a strong smell of moisture and enclosed, making comfort unacceptable. The next day, I informed a receptionist (pleasant lady wearing glasses), who told me that the hotel was sold out for the weekend and invited me to renew my request later. At the end of the weekend, noticing the departure of many customers, I reiterated my request to another receptionist. She answered me with contempt and sarcasm: “If you don’t want this room, why should it be allocated to another guest?” — a shocking and disrespectful remark. I was hurt by this lack of consideration. Faced with this attitude, I made the decision to shorten my stay by one day, although it has been fully settled. An unacceptable situation. - Lack of professionalism and tact of reception staff: The cold and casual attitude of some staff members made my experience unpleasant, revealing a worrying lack of professionalism and consideration for customers.

I really enjoyed staying here during a long weekend. Karpacz can be quite busy, but this hotel is located on a hill road, and therefore, in a quiet area. There is a parking available (which tends to be full on the weekend), but you have to pay it extra (no free parking on site). Breakfast was excellent, served in a huge room, with an incredible variety of foodstuffs. But the juice from the machine was really bad - you must solve this! The hotel has an indoor swiming pool (with children section), with jacuzzi, and sauna. This is really a family-friendly hotel, with a playroom for kids, full of toys. In fact, the hotel was full of families with children, and is also pet-friendly. Spacious bar with a good selection of beers. A bit annoying procedure when you want to charge drinks to your room: they ask you to "open a credit" in the reception... This is a nasty procedure that ALL hotels should ban, since it denotes lack of trust in the clients, and makes clients feel uncorfortable. Some staff had trouble with english, but you can survive with some german. Would definitely come back, despite of the opportunities for improvement.
