Really enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is very old but very quirky. It was very clean and the sheets and towels very spotless. Breakfast was beautifully presented with freshly made crepes every morning. Lovely staff Great location Only negative comment was that the single bed was a little narrow and the room could do with being rearranged to maximise locker access.

Noisy , cold and tired. We asked for a heater and were told to use blankets! Breakfast was poor. The location is good but does not outweigh the quality and cost. Stay elsewhere near the old town.

We stayed in the apartment in this hotel for 2 nights at £276. I have stayed in this apartment before 33 years ago when the hotel was called Dwor Wazow. About the only things that have changed in that time are the addition of the internet and "slightly" more modern TV. The room was really cold (colder than the corridor) and the heating did not function. When we asked for a heater or two we told there were none available we should use blankets! It was also very noisy, from building and maintenance works at odd hours to noisy cackling coming from the courtyard. To be fair I would say that the location of the hotel is great for the Old Town and Rynek and the Swor Polski restaurant has great food and drink and excellent service (but you can go there anyway). On the other hand breakfast was uninspiring and very limited with almost no expense "spent" or any attention to service. I had hoped it would have been a nostalgic return but the experience has made me recommend that you stay somewhere else closeby.
