The rooms are quite small but, in the same time, quite clean. There were some issues with the water pressure in the bathroom but they were solved quickly. The meals are okay, but some more vegetables could be included, too. The location is good, considering that most of the important areas of the city are close to this hotel.

Arriving after a long train trip from Poznan we headed straight to our accommodation which the B&B considered to be centrally located in Warsaw. However, after callling the B&B for directions we arrived about an hour later after taking the tram and then walking a fair way to our destination. Alas, there was no one to greet us but rather a sticky note in Polish was stuck on the front door. After waiting an hour we tried to decipher the note and decided to call what looked like a mobile phone number. We rang, no answer. The mobile phone owner rang back, they were on their way. 10 mins later they arrived with no apology but rather smirks on their faces. We entered to find the place smelling of stale smoke, dirty, with no food in the place but better yet, they had no notice that we were coming. The owner had forgotten to tell her staff. Also, the staff could not speak English. The B&B appeared that there had been no guests staying there for quite some time, and we didn't feel safe staying there with 2 men we didn't know. The neighbourhood also felt a bit dodgy and the B&B was rather isolated from any shops or restaurants. After much consideration we decided not to stay and to find somewhere else to stay. At the end of the day we stayed at Oki Doki hostel, which actually is located in the centre of the city and within walking distance of all attractions. My friend and i suggest you do not stay here if you want to be where all the action is.

The B&B has nice rooms, equipped with mostly Ikea furnitures (which I like). On my floor there were 3 rooms with one bathroom. The bathroom was quite big (bigger than my room :)) and clean. Also the room is very clean. The breakfast was also very good and more than enough ( you can have an omlett, small sausages, jam, cheese and one day we had also some sweet pierogi). Unfortunately the stuff does not speak English. And they smoke on the ground floor, which is "smellable" on the upper floors too - except the rooms, thanks god. The walls might be pretty thin, because you can even hear one someone is peeing in the bathroom :)
