Five nights with poor service and cleaning. This Hotel is not that old and the concept was a great idea but nobody seems to care about anything now. Poor are of hotel, the breakfast was very basic and the grounds are just left to go to ruin. The lake with beach and zip line is in a poor state and i certainly would not want to swim in it.

Personal is super friendly and helpful. Place is located near the forest about 1 km from the main road so it makes for a very peaceful place to rest. You feel very close to nature and animals thanks to the wonderful mini zoo on the terrain. Highly recommend the place. Very low prices but high standard, was quite impressed.

Very calm, friendly environment, large and sunny rooms, super clean, they are welcoming children and pets, Friendly service.Farm, forest, lake and sport faciliies. Tennis, horses with instructor.Restaurant offers variety of tasty foods. They even have sauna, outdoor jaccousi. Massage and horse lesseons need to be reserved in advance. All very inexpensive! Warsaw with all city excitements just a short drive or train ride. English speaking staff very helpful in your planings.
