the hotel is a real 5 star with a great location, the room was clean, cozy, comfy and great value.

I had an issue this morning related to my rented car reservation. I received great help from the guest serve agent named Justyna - she was just amazing!

A hotel as it should be. Spacious rooms, concern for the environment, colorful, fun. Excellent service at the reception, clean, good breakfast. More coffee machines would be welcome. Restaurants and bars in the vicinity, as well as shopping centers. Anyway, a great hotel.
