Platinum Apartments

It didn't start well: the reception is in a crammed converted apartment 207 in Tower A. Pros: spacious, modern apartment, with fully equipped kitchen, clean fresh sheets, bed mattress was perfect for my back, that is firm (a rarity these days). Main con: no AC although two of them were hanging from the walls. When complained about that, a young person in reception started looking trough box of remotes, but older gentlemen intervened and said the AC's are not hooked up. He offered and we took a second fan. It was not fun at night between heat, humming fan, open balcony doors and sound of traffic from street below. Other annoyances: peeling / damaged laminated flooring, vanity, even bathroom door frame was laminated material and peeling badly at threshold. Couch was stained and damaged. Warning: be extra careful when taking shower in the bathtub - it is very slippery and there are no handles to grab when going over high edge of the tub.

The first thing noticed was the level of service from the staff: very low. Didn't feel welcome there. Second thing was the room; the first impression was that it was quite large and nice, but at a closer look it was really dirty - big piles of dust on the cabinets, under the bed and in the corners. Also, the sofa was partly broken (and was very uncomfortable to sleep in). As if that wasn't enough, the hotel claimed that we were the ones who broke the sofa. Luckily we had pictures to prove them wrong. We also had problems regarding our key to the room, and help was almost impossible to receive from the staff. We had to call Booking.com (who were very friendly and helpful) to get another key. All in all, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.

EXCELLENT APARTMENT TO GO HOLIDAY Trip in summer with a friend and we had an excellent time The attention of the hotel is fantastic the apartment is quite big a large kitchen with breakfast and a large sofa with tv to relax A huge room with a large window and a huge terrace with the best view of the entire city.
