The hotel stay was really great and their breakfast was definitely worth it. They had excellent service and lots of amazing tasty foods.

My days at InterContinental Warsaw have been truly unforgettable. It wasn’t just the delicious food, great drinks, and stunning view from our room that made this stay so memorable, but also the wonderful staff — from the Club Lounge to the Bar and Reception — who were always so kind, attentive, and friendly. There is one person without whom this trip wouldn’t have been quite as special: Alex from the Club Lounge. She went above and beyond to make sure we not only felt comfortable during our stay, but truly exceptional. She took the time and effort to make sure everything was perfect for us, and her genuine care and attention made such a difference. I’m incredibly grateful to Alex and to the entire InterContinental Warsaw team for making our stay so special!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at InterContinental Warsaw. These two days were truly one of our best experiences at an IHG hotel so far. From the reception to the bar and every department in between, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful. However, one person went truly above and beyond to make our stay exceptional: Alex from the Club Lounge. Alex did everything she could to make our trip to Warsaw truly memorable. Her kindness, helpfulness, and genuine friendliness made our days even more special. She is a truly outstanding member of the team, and without her, our stay simply would not have been as special as it was. The entire Club Lounge team also deserves a special mention. They provided an excellent level of service throughout our stay, always with a smile and a friendly attitude. It was a pleasure to spend time in the lounge and experience such warm and attentive hospitality.
