Mercure Warszawa Centrum

We were delighted to be upgraded and allowed into our room a little early upon arrival, but after that things were all a little downhill. The room claimed to be superior, but appeared to have little more than a coffee maker more than the standard we had reserved. The bed was ok but the room warm and the air-conditioning puny at best.

the hotel is a real 5 star with a great location, the room was clean, cozy, comfy and great value.

I had an issue this morning related to my rented car reservation. I received great help from the guest serve agent named Justyna - she was just amazing!
