Novotel Warszawa Centrum

This was our second hotel on a bus tour and this hotel just slightly outperformed the last one at almost every facet. The bed was a little more comfortable, the breakfast had better eggs, the shower was a little bigger, there was at least one tv channel in English, ha! The room was clean, linens were crisp and clean, there was a small refrigerator (we didnt use it). The elevators were fast, the air conditioning worked well. Easy access to lots of amenities especially public transportation which we did not use, dining, points of interest and things to do. Breakfast (which was part of our tour and may not be avaiable to individual travelers now that i think about it) was spot on with with a lot of options both traditional American style (eggs and toast) and European style (cold cuts and cheeses). Family friendly (foosball and movies playing in conference rooms) but quiet, we never heard neighbors or hall noise. We had little interaction with staff but the were professional and friendly. But the room itself would definitely warrant us staying here again if we return.

Great location. Couldn’t get any closer to train station but also the tram lines. Hotel is seriously clean and modern feeling. Even in the extreme heat, the room stayed cool due to a good air con system. Water station on every floor next to the lifts. Offers ice cold water and also fizzy water if you prefer. Jug and glasses in your room if you don’t have any bottles to fill up with. Room was spotlessly clean and has everything you need, including a safe. Two headed shower was also very nice. Room service cleaned our room everyday, which was unexpected but much appreciated. Breakfast was lovely, we didn’t find it hectic like many others. Plenty of seating and the food options caters for everyone. I esp liked the coffee machine and juice station. We sat in the bar for a few hours one evening where they have a large screen for sports and will serve you good drinks. A good bit more expensive for drinks here, but this is standard in all hotels. In summary, do not hesitate to book this hotel. It is perfect.

We had a fantastic stay at Novotel: a clean and spacious room with no noises, helpful and friendly staff. Particular thanks go to Oksana and Justyna for making our room such a nice and cozy corner to return to. A perfect central location of the hotel makes it super easy to reach tourist sightseeing! PS: we also appreciated unlimited supply of fresh and clean water.
