Pulawska Residence

Our experience at this property was very disappointing. From the beginning, we faced several issues that were never properly resolved. The first room we were given had no heating, which made it uncomfortable and unsuitable to stay in. We were then offered to move to another room, but that one had a clogged sink and a persistent sewage smell. These problems made the stay extremely unpleasant. When we informed the staff, we were told we could either return to the unheated room or stay where we were — no proper solution or new room was offered. Because we had to attend a conference from early morning until late evening, we had no time to keep following up on the issue during our stay. Afterward, we contacted the property about the situation, but we did not receive even a partial refund or acknowledgment of the poor quality of service provided. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this property. Guests deserve basic comfort and responsiveness, which were not provided here.

Be careful if u book a room in the front side of the hotel, windows do not open, so for ventilation u rely only on a conditioner which can be noisy on mid or high modes, especially during nighttime. And they do not specify a non-openable window in the hotel details. At the reception, they told me just specify next time yourself to get a room at the back of the hotel, but it didn't help me over the night, in my current stay

Using this hotel as compensation from LOT issues and as it is less paid service was not great. AC didn't work, so room was cold, basic one, AC unit was right over the bed, so it was blowing in me whole night. In the morning in reception I get answer that it's not working. Taxi was ordered properly and on time. Good Wi-Fi. Close to airport.
