I am extremely disappointed with Radisson Collection Warsaw. At 05 July 2026 Before arrival, I sent multiple requests via Booking.com and email explaining that my father needed a room for "Day Use" only (from 7 AM to 8 PM). The hotel completely ignored all my messages.When my elderly father arrived at 7 AM and explicitly asked for a day/hybrid rate, the reception staff took advantage of him and forced him to pay a full overnight rate for an early check-in. When I called later to clarify, the staff literally pretended they didn't know what "Day Use" meant, even though it is an official Radisson service.This is a shameful, money-grabbing practice and unacceptable for a 5-star brand. They completely ignored customer care just to maximize profit. Unprofessional staff and terrible communication. Avoid this place if you value honest service!
