Warsaw Marriott Hotel

My experience during 3 overnight stays is disappointing for the quality and service to be expected. I had bad experiences, especially in the pool/sauna area, reported them, and received no reaction. Not only does half of the guests ignore the rule "No swimsuit/swim trunks" to enter the sauna, nobody checks it! Much worse ... I was filmed in the sauna area (naked with a towel) by a young lady! Children/teenagers are walking around with smartphones in the pool area. There are no rules regarding this in the house rules and also no reaction after the conversation with the manager on duty. "Environmental awareness" is good, organization still has a lot of potential for improvement. I hung up the little bag and on the first day it was ignored: Room cleaned. On the second day: I found a generic mini soap as a thank you. Seriously?

While the location of the Warsaw Presidential Hotel is convenient, the overall guest experience falls incredibly short of standard hospitality practices. I strongly advise booking your stay at one of the many superior hotels nearby instead.My primary issue stems from their financial policy: the hotel enforces a mandatory 200 PLN card charge on every single customer at check-in, which is held until after departure. Given the scale of this property, withholding massive amounts of customer capital raises serious questions about their standard operating procedures and overnight interest collection.Furthermore, the service standards are highly inconsistent. The breakfast quality was poor, highlighted by completely unappetizing, runny scrambled eggs. The enforcement of rules is equally frustrating and hypocritical. I was barred from sitting in the coffee shop because I was wearing shorts and a robe, yet the staff completely ignored other guests dressed far more explicitly in see-through tops, short skirts, and vests. Logistically, the hotel also struggles; despite having six elevators, wait times to reach the upper floors are painfully slow.With so many phenomenal, high-end properties within walking distance, there is absolutely no reason to subject yourself to the double standards and frustrating management of this hotel. I will never stay here again."

Amazing week spent in Warsaw at the Presidential hotel. It exceeded all of our expectations! We were here for a large convention with many delegates, yet the staff managed to work diligently to accommodate the extra guests. They were very helpful and hard working. The breakfast is one of the best we’ve ever experienced. Very comfortable beds and nice bright bathroom. The location is also incredibly convenient too; we didn’t realize at first but the hotel connects to an underground tunnel system that can get you to the train station without even going outside. Thank you for a lovely stay!
