Impresja Krasiczyn

Wasn't able to find a closer/cheaper spot to Przemysl, so settled here for a couple of nights, received a very good impression: great landscape/nature, relatively low prices and nice personnel. Good place if you want to stay here before the longer trip.

Came to Poland for a friends wedding and booked impresja through airbnb. The hotel is beautiful at the staff have been lovely. Only downside the shower is a button that you have to continually press as the water only lasts 30 secs before turning off. And the wifi can be a bit hit or miss. We will definitely come back

Well, this was quite typical for a hotel in Poland on Saturday night. Such places earn their money by organising wedding parties. But such information should be available for people booking in to stay in the hotel, as in 9 out of 10 cases, wedding party would interfere with hotel guests good night sleep. And that's how it was in Impresja. We learned about the wedding on site only when we checked in to the hotel, and that left us with no options available. The staff and the owner were very polite and apologetic about the situation, served us dinner and wine to the room, but that couldn't change the whole picture, which was all about the noise from the party. They insisted we would not hear anything, as the walls were thick. But as soon as we got there we noticed huge chinks between the door and the jamb, and we were 100% sure that this would destroy our night. And it did. Till about 2 am. Disaster, and we did experience them far too many times this year, always saying never again, we will check the next hotel very carefully. Breakfast very delicious, only for ourselves, made up mainly from wedding party leftovers - don't make me wrong: it was full quality food, really tasty. So we were going to give them 2 stars out of four, but finally we gave them 4. Why? The owner made us huge favour next day, serving as a taxi driver with his volvo, delivering us to places, where no bus service is available, and also picking us back after our walk. We made quite few kilometers that day, in the area we were focusing on for some time, and without his help we wouldn't be able to, as most of the area west to Krasiczyn is free from any bus service at all. So thanks for that. But that wedding party...
