Qubus Hotel Gdansk

Perfect hotel. Breakfast ok. Unfortunately, the staff speak fast bad English. Whatever you ask for.. extra fee...

When they arrived at the hotel, they were shocked at first. Road repairs and construction right in front of the hotel, digging a basin! Our standard room overlooked this construction! Had to pay extra for the Premium overlooking the river. Keep in mind that with good views only Premium rooms, and with large windows only on the 1st floor. However, the rooms are not different. Even Premium doesn't have bathrobes, slippers, no coffee machine, not even dental kits and cotton discs! One shower gel, no hair conditioner, no body milk! And that's 4 stars?! Cleaning every three days or on request, we didn't wait for it. Of the pluses, the location is close to the old town, on the riverbank, with no crowd of tourists under the windows. Very delicious breakfasts with a wide variety of dishes - just great! In good weather, you can have breakfast on the riverside terrace. You can also sit on a beachside swing or at a table at any time by ordering something from the bar. The friendly staff at both the reception and the restaurant are all trying. It is possible to take a boat ride on the river directly from the hotel. I highly recommend this option, book at reception. We only paid 40 PLN for two (10€).

Excellent hotel, the room was very spacious, no vegan options on the menu though, our fridge was broken but it was fixed very quickly, will definitely stay again.
