Hotel whose reception is pleasant but whose rooms deserve a big hit of new. It is clean, it is overall comfortable (without being wonderful). Black dot on the bedding that is way too soft. The furniture is getting too old. And we hear a lot of street noise despite a room on a high floor (the Polish emergency services love to use the siren...)

Good as always, nice staff, clean, good location. Only 2 small disadvantages - unfortunately most information such as in the lift or at the water dispenser are only in Polish and likewise there are no foreign language television channels in the rooms.

The rooms are not new, but well kept. I became the guest of the day, which meant a room upgrade and welcome cookies (a very nice gesture). The breakfast is tasty and with a lot of choice. Parking is available around the hotel at an affordable price, which is important because the hotel is not located in the center of Bielsko, but it is a good base for trips to the mountains. Mrs. Elżbieta from the reception deserves special mention, she made our stay successful. It wasn't our first time and we will definitely come back.
