Qubus Hotel Bielsko-Biala

I don't rip it off at most two stars, the food is not very good. The cold water was in the shower I do not recommend. dinner for big money the inherited day was a horror spoiled and not tasty

Comfortable and clean hotel, reception always present. Perfect for business trips but also family trips. In the city center, adjacent to the shopping center where you can find restaurants to have lunch or dinner without the need to go out on foot or by car. Great find! of course ... does not have bidet

Arrival: 19:00, cars parked in front of the sidewalk entrance, receptionists barely answer good evening, I head to the elevator, first news elevator with dirty mirrored walls and full of fingerprints. Fifth floor: I find the water dispenser and I begin to think it will be a hard living room, dirty corridor door like the elevator, I arrive in the room I look for a bottle of water but there is no water and the refrigerator is completely empty, there are only 2 half-liter jugs with lid, I avoid taking them and I drink from the tap. Morning awake, I can not brush my teeth as a little water comes out, I think ok the shower will be better but from the shower comes only a little water and stops coming out after a minute leaving me with soap on. I wait 5 minutes a little water comes out again and I remove the soap with a liter of water (maybe) , I dry myself with a towel as well as small, consumed by time and use, I make a video of the dry tap and show it at the reception. It can happen. Upon my return in the evening, I ask the reception if they had repaired the tap, they say yes to the return to the room, the water comes out but the room is completely undone including the dirt of the worker who repaired the shower entered with shoes. I ask at reception and they say they were sorry but cleaning was only done every 3 days as, they had to save the environment. I ask for extra towels and they send them to me but they are little more than tea towels. I love Poland, I work in Poland but I will NEVER USE this hotel chain again.
