Quality Silesian Hotel

Terrible impression after visiting the hotel. It all started with a long occupation. Then trouble hearing the number. Daughter dyed her hair with tonic before going home. At the hotel, she washed her hair and wiped her hair not with a large bath towel, but with a small towel from her room. The towel turned light pink. The hotel billed us 50 zlotys for soiling the towel. At home, everything that was tonic was washed at 30 degrees. Not even a trace left. I don't know what the problem is. The baby's upset, we're shocked by the service. I don't want to visit this hotel anymore!

Functional, clean hotel for one or two nights. Check-in and check-out uncomplicated. Large breakfast room with buffet. Parking spaces and underground garage available, some for a fee. Very nice receptionist (12/31/23 at night and 1/2/24 in the morning)

Dilapidated, depressing old building, judging by the plumbing and having to listen to people above urinate and then predictably flush the toilet, this probably used to be a students dorm. Disproportionately high price for what you get. I was fooled by the pictures of the pool and spa and the area.
