Bussaco Palace

Amazing building itself, great calm place around, good restaurant (expensive but not bad). Room - like in 2 stars hotel, no wifi even in restaurant, very noisy - we could not fall in sleep well, bathroom must be renovated, view on walls from both windows. Bar - need to make more dark, but with light on the table, need to add calm, not annoing music to cover guests' conversations. We asked about professional photoshutting in the future for money and answer was very strange - no! It is not accectable. You can ask manager, but the answer will be - no. It is really strange, because the main value is a builbing inside and outside. It is Ad for the hotel and more clients.

Just to stay in the Palace and see all his magnificent worth te experience. The rooms need some refurbishing and the food for dinner can be better done. The personnel are great.

Friendly staff, but mediocre restaurant and unjustified prices. Bouillabaisse with a single mussel and without the ingredients listed on the menu, charged 18 euros Bouçaco Tinto, local plonk, arrived already uncapped on the table and charged 50 euros… Beautiful setting, but the table should be avoided
