POUSADA FORTE SAO SEBASTIAO

This location is amazing! I have been to Terceira four times and always stay here since we lucked out the first time in 2018. There’s plenty of free parking and driving to the Pousada is easy. The hotel is fabulously designed inside the 1641 Fort. It’s clean and the rooms are very comfortable. The staff is very attentive.

Elegant modern restaurant featuring locally sourced ingredients. Somewhat limited menu but well presented. Unique location - former fortress - good access and parking. Offers occasional fado+dinner evenings.
