Ponta Delgada

Very good hotel 15 minutes from the center Large, very clean, and spacious room with sufficient storage. Bathroom in tune. Extremely attentive staff striving to provide all the necessary information. The same goes for the bar staff, who are very helpful. Hearty and varied breakfast. Paid parking available on the street or at the hotel (remember to reserve). Pool, sauna, steam room, and jacuzzi available in a very clean area. In short, highly recommended.

Due to the cancellation of our flight, we ended up staying at this hotel, which had not originally been part of our travel plans. We stayed there for four nights and, overall, had a very positive experience. The hotel is not located in the most picturesque part of the city, but it is conveniently situated within a short distance of most of Ponta Delgada's main attractions and points of interest. The rooms were spacious enough, clean, and equipped with all the basic amenities needed for a comfortable stay. That said, we felt that additional storage space for clothes would have been useful, and we also missed having a refrigerator in the room. The staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and willing to assist with any request, which we greatly appreciated. The hotel also features a lovely indoor swimming pool that is large enough for a relaxing swim, as well as a very enjoyable jacuzzi. The breakfast included in the room rate was decent and offered a reasonable variety of options. The same can be said about the hotel's bar service. Just next to the hotel is A Baco, a restaurant we visited and found to be excellent, making it a very convenient dining option for guests. Overall, as a three-star hotel, I believe it fully meets the standards one would expect from this category. Therefore, anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel offering good value for money can book it with confidence. I would certainly recommend it

I loved this hotel! Very clean and lovely pool. I swam in there most afternoons and often had it to myself! Our room, which was a business class was very clean and was serviced each day. Plenty big enough and the only downside was lack of drawer space. The buffet breakfast was fine although they could do with an extra coffee machine as there was a bit of a queue there sometimes. It's very busy in there at 7.35 till 8.15 as people tend to get up early and go out on activities. If you go to breakfast at 9 it's much quieter. All the staff were lovely. Very helpful and friendly. Ricardo in the bar is great and works really hard. The bedroom staff are very efficient and everything is spotless. Thank you to all of you.
