Sao Miguel Park Hotel

It’s a shame that such a great hotel charges for a little milk that I requested just to make coffee in my room.

I stayed at this hotel by chance, having been denied boarding without notice and without consideration by the SATA airline on a flight to Terceira. It was this airline that assigned me to this hotel. I felt a certain dismay, not knowing the Azores at all; it was around 8 PM, and it was my first day in this country. And there, I was wonderfully assisted by the person at the reception, who immediately canceled the first night of the hotel and the first day of car rental in Terceira. This person also helped me create a cardboard package to wrap my walking sticks; it really was not part of their duties, and they provided these various services with a lot of empathy and kindness. I would like to express my gratitude to them today. The hotel room was perfect, very comfortable, and the restaurant staff was lovely. I highly recommend this establishment.

Nice new hotel. Very conveniently located to all Ponta Delgada and Sao Miguel activities. Only about 10 minutes from the airport. The staff was great. We had a couple of days where the weather was bad and our planned activities (whale watching) was cancelled. The front desk manager provided us some great alternatives and that worked out really well. Nice restaurant. Good breakfast buffet and dinner buffet (that was included in our tour through Headwater). Free parking and free WiFi worked well.
