Very nice hotel, with an excellent view and nice outdoor areas. The pools are undoubtedly one of the strengths of the unit, as well as the size and setting of the hotel.
However, the experience was far below expectations for several reasons. The air conditioning in the room did not work, which made it impossible to rest conveniently during the night due to the heat. In addition, all elevators were out of service during the stay, causing some disruption.
Regarding the restaurant, the buffet does not correspond to the amount charged. I paid 38€ per person and considered the variety quite limited for the price practiced. In addition, the value indicated on the website was 35€, which generated some confusion.
Finally, the internet connection proved very unstable, with frequent failures throughout the stay.
It is a hotel with potential and good infrastructure, but there are several operational aspects that need improvement to justify the price and provide a truly comfortable experience.
