Stay Hotel Évora Centro

Hotel in the centre of the city, ideal for those who want to visit on foot. Difficult parking near the hotel. The room was very basic and already accuses the age, but was clean. They put them in a room with intense mould smell. We asked to exchange and the request was met. Super high and very uncomfortable pillows!!!! We had to wear folded towels to get to sleep. A problem we report at the check-out and were told they already knew. It was time to deal with the problem, wasn’t it?!?

It may be the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. Very hidden and complicated to reach. Ridiculous room. Tiny and without windows. The only one is a small window that is on a wall, high up near the ceiling, and it overlooks interior areas. If you put some bars on it, it would be the cell of the Count of Monte Cristo. You cannot open the wardrobe drawers because the door does not open fully. Only one outlet. Minimal shower that cannot be left fixed. You have to hold it to take a shower. I do not recommend it at all. For the price, you can access better places.

Lack of service, room too small, they did not clean our room during our stay. Not once.
