Comfort Inn Braga

Very old hotel in need of a serious renovation. Alcatifa by the hallways and rooms with large stains. Footprints of the rooms exiting the wall. Bathroom with curtain... Thin mattress and with the noticeable springs... The cleaning of the rooms could be better... Some smell of sewage coming out of the bathroom. Bad sound insulation in the rooms. I felt running and talking either on the top floor or in the hallways. The hallways are very dark, almost unlit. Besides, friendly staff, good parking on site and breakfast was also very nice with fresh and quality products. You should rethink changing the state of the rooms because those who arrive for the first time are a little badly impressed.

Outdated hotel, carpeted in rooms old to remove quickly!! We had a first room that was occupied by a huge sickening cockroach and was allocated another. Welcoming very friendly and very attentive, perfect breakfast!! Conclusion hotel to disinfect without waiting and refresh!!

The hotel perhaps had better times but at present it is quite disastrous, it needs a comprehensive reform. The rooms are spacious but with old and dirty carpets, deteriorated furniture, chairs full of stains, the beds uncomfortable, with spring beds that stick in your back, the plugs hanging from the wall and away from the bed, old-fashioned bathroom and in bad shape. We had to change rooms because the door wouldn't close and the air conditioning trickled down to a puddle. The only noteworthy positive is the spacious parking, the right breakfast and the friendliness and willingness of the staff. Value for money is not good. There are better options in Braga.
