In the middle of the night, the bed where my three-month-old baby was sleeping was covered in ants that ended up biting the child. The room they offered us was also full of ants, and we were forced to leave for another hotel in the middle of the night. The owner does not take responsibility for anything and treated us poorly, even insulting us and hanging up the phone.

Good night. I followed the comments, many of them negative, about the Hotel Azul Praia in Altura, but still, I decided to take a chance and still good! I was princely received by Patricia, to whom I already thank all kindness. And, after all, I had a very decent room, clean and with a lot of light, natural or not. For me, very good because there are 5 star hotels, which are half the light in the rooms, which I do not like anything, I need light. It is true that there are improvements to be made, but nothing that is not done with some ease. The pool is very nice and I knew very well! The fantastic breakfasts and the dinners? Wonderful, with a buffet full of salads, fish and meat dish lots of salads and good dessert. Thank you, Natalia for the delicious meals and all the rest of the staff that was irreproachable! I highly recommend to those who do not want to have surprises and prefer the family Mood always welcoming! Thank you, I will definitely be back!
