EPIC SANA Algarve Hotel

This 5* hotel is highly recommended. You are pampered all around by the staff; we would especially like to highlight Philip and the service crew, as well as Assetta from the pool. We felt very comfortable; there were always sun loungers and umbrellas available. Sometimes even sunbeds. Also, the annoying reserving of lounge chairs is not practiced here. Breakfast and dinner simply great, we will be back,

Very nice hotel in a quiet location. About 11 km to the old town of Albufeira. It's a pity that the sun loungers on the beach and the sports offerings cost extra.

The hotel was perfect. On checking in we were given an automatic upgrade on rooms. The room itself overlooked the pool and was modem, quiet , clean and comfortable. We had an issue with the TV and straight away were offered another upgrade free of charge to apologise. We declined as we were there for only one night so the hotel then offered us a free dinner at the buffet onsite, which itself is €50 pp. I cannot fault the customer service of the hotel. The staff are attentive and extremely welcoming. There are little touches that make this hotel a five star, water given on arrival, fresh flowers given in arrival, valet parking so no need to worry about luggage. The pool area was clean and again very pleasant. There is waiter service to your subbed using an app. The buffer in the evening was very enjoyable, freshly cooked meat on request, a fabulous salad bar and a fine selection of deserts. I recommend this hotel if you require a hotel of high standards in a quiet area away from hustle and bustle of the more popular resorts.
