I don’t think the pictures really tell how nice this place is. We booked a 3 day 2 night stay for 2 couples and were met at the reception desk by a lovely gentlemen who checked us in. We stayed on the first floor of the hotel where you can get by the stairs or the 2 available lifts. The apartments are spacious and clean. The kitchen has pretty much all you need to cook your meals during your stay and saving some money since dining in Portimão can get quite expensive. The beds were super comfortable and there was plenty of room for our things. The only thing we noticed and didn’t like was the smell on the fitted wardrobes. It seems that they have been closed quite a long time but it’s nothing a good cleaning won’t do. The bathroom was very spacious and clean, perfect shower. The hotel has an amazing pool (plus a kids pool) surrounded by sun beds (no extra cost) and a pool bar with very reasonable prices. Theres also a lounging area with games and entertainment by the pool. Overall the hotels location is really handy as you can walk to the beach (15/20min) or drive (3/5 min) and also very close to loads of supermarkets and restaurants. The noon checkout is fair and handy to enjoy a last morning in the pool (we did exactly that). We paid just over 200€ for an apartment (2 nights) in June and it was incredible. We will definitely be back.

Was pleasantly surprised when arrived here to find the apartment to be immaculate. Around the pool and reception area communal toilets were also perfectly clean. The reception staff were helpful. We asked for a bottle opener for our wine and they opened our bottles for us when asked (as they only had one we didn't take it). Beds were comfortable and the air con kept the whole apartment cool - as well as having shutters down (The weather was hitting high 30s and this was a concern we had after reading some reviews). We only used the pool bar for a few drinks and staff were pleasant enough. The shower was amazing! Best shower I've had abroad. There was a boxing group there and they were all well behaved and had fun around the pool area in the afternoon/evening. The pool did get busy but still plenty of beds to lie on and the beach really isn't too far away either. Will definitely be on my return list. Praia da Rocha itself is also just beautiful.
