Grande Real Santa Eulalia Resort and Hotel Spa

A disappointment! I had high expectations, but the 5-star price doesn't match the reality! From cleaning the room, to a weak breakfast!

Excellent hotel; very well located (direct access to the beach) and professional service. We stayed in a renovated villa and it is equipped with everything necessary for those who come only with breakfast, being able to cook meals perfectly. Cozy villa (very comfortable bed) and the surrounding areas very well maintained. The hotel has several pools available, which is a plus; it has a Kids Club with very fun activities; it provides beach towels daily; the hotel has chargers for electric cars; the breakfast is very good and varied, as is the dinner (for those who come with half board). It is an excellent choice.

Globally positive. Very professional welcome, general friendliness, with the exception of the BAR REAL service (very unbearable).
