Hotel Topazio

What can I say? This hotel was absolutely amazing and deserves to be a 4-star plus! The staff were incredibly friendly, the rooms were lovely, and the location was perfect. It's only about 5 minutes from New Town, and an Uber to the Old Town cost us around €5 for 5 people. In our opinion, the Old Town is definitely worth visiting! We normally go to Benidorm every year, but decided to try Portugal for a change – and wow, what a place! We have fallen in love with it and will definitely be returning next year. A big shout-out to Ricardo behind the bar – always smiling, friendly, and happy to help. He really made our stay extra special. Also, a mention for the sunbed attendant, who greeted us every morning with a smile and a little squirt from the hosepipe to keep everyone cool – a lovely touch that made us laugh every day! This is the perfect hotel for friends and groups looking for a fantastic holiday with great service and a brilliant atmosphere. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Ricardo, the legend with the glasses, was one of the highlights of our stay! Always ready with a smile, a joke, and some great banter behind the bar. I’m not sure if we kept coming back for the drinks or for Ricardo! The rooms were lush, spotless, and the beds were unbelievably comfy. The pool and poolside area were kept clean and tidy all day, and the location was perfect for exploring the New Town, with the Old Town just a short Uber ride away for around €4. Brilliant hotel, fantastic staff, and a special shoutout to Ricardo for making our holiday even more enjoyable! ⭐🍹😄

Just returned from a week here and had a great time. We went with 11 friends who stayed for 3 nights and me and my husband stayed for an extra 4 nights. As other reviews say the hotel is lively especially at weekends but we expected that. The rooms were very comfortable, beds the same, we had a great nights sleep. The breakfast was delicious plenty of choice, I looked forward to it each morning. Its a great location an uber to the old town is about £3 there's a local beach a few minutes walk away and we even got an uber to Vilamoura one day which was £10 to have a quiet day so you really can do what ever you like here. All the staff we met were very friendly. I would definitely return if I wanted a similar holiday to the one I have just had. Thank you for a great time :-)
