The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of food, and everything was excellent. The housekeeping service was also outstanding, and the room was always clean. The only downside was that the bathroom door in our room did not close properly. Apart from that, everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The stay, location, room and restaurants were all very good. One exception: Europcar, recommended by the hotel, did not refund the 100E fuel deposit.

This is our 6th time at this hotel .we are currently here for 10 days .It is great every time , from the greeting of pedro to the reception staff .Barbra was so very helpful and a great sense of humour. Dining room has table cloths, and food is great as you would expect from any4 star hotel ..you can carry your wine over till the next night . David and staff at the basilica restraunt for lunch are friendly and attentive. With the bonus now of using the sister hotel next door which is lovely but a bit to big for us as we like a smaller and quieter vibe . Hotel has a calm elegance so will be back next year 😎
