On arrival the reception staff were polite and helpful , got us all checked in quite quickly. The room was very dated but that was to be expected. I read through lots of reviews the day befor arrival and imagined the worst from the hotel but we were quite surprised as it was clean and tidy , the two bed apartment was very big and lots of space for the 5 of us , the bedding was changed and had fresh towels through out the week . The food was very bland and the same kinda stuff which is a shame . The all inclusive deal personal I think is too much for what you get ,the entertainment was twrrible but on the pluss side there is a pool table for the kids to enjoy . The reception staff are very helpful for organising days out and the transport there and back. There was no bed bugs but the was at least 4 cockroaches that we got rid of out our room through out the week which again I have never experienced on a holiday befor . All in all I would not come back here but we did not experience a bad week like some of the reviews did.

I was terrified to go to this hotel after reading all the reviews of it, so let me give my honest opinion on how I found it For starters the rooms are very outdated as others have said. Personally this didn’t bother me as I only use the room for sleeping/changing in. There is a cleaner that comes every day, this involves giving new towels/toilet roll and making your bed they don’t actually clean the room at all. The noise wasn’t too bad for the first 4 nights, although I saw a lot of young people so I thought this was going to be an issue but for the most they were quite respectful, until day 5-7 they were running up and down the corridors laughing and making a lot of noise until about 4am so that wasn’t great The pool area i found clean, there was someone that came around every now and then to empty bins and pick stuff up and generally keeping on top of it. You can’t take your own alcohol to the pool side, I did try and it got taken off me, however they kept it behind the bar in the fridge for me to get when I left so it wasn’t just thrown away. All the staff I engaged with were friendly enough, they don’t go out of their way for you or smile but if you ask for something they will help you and for the most it was quite efficient. Checking in wasn’t an issue either, this took about 10 minutes. The food wasn’t the best, we only stayed for breakfast but it is the same thing every morning so it wasn’t for me. They do have freshly baked baguettes there tho and they are so soft and warm so if I did go down for breakfast I would just grab one of them. There is a shop, tattoo studio, barbers, nail salon, spa, gym and I have probably missed a few other things all inside the hotel. Me and my family all got a tattoo, they start at 50 euro but if you message on the number outside the shop and tell them there is a few of you going and ask for a discount they will take 10 euro off each which is nice. There is a lot of activities on throughout the day and the entertainment staff are all lovely. They do a lot of pool games/fitness and there was even a foam party! There is also archery, darts and football et, loads of people joined in for this. The characters come out and put on little shows too through the day which is great for kids, even when it’s red hot so hot to admire that work ethic from them . The drinks at the little bar are quite expensive but the food is lovely and the lads that work behind the bar are really friendly too. It is central to everything too and only 4-5 euro for a taxi into the old town or new and thehotel reception will book one for you if you ask. Overall I had a great holiday and comfortable stay with this hotel

Was a 100 euro deposit pp for damages however the room already was damaged filled with ants and mold we reported to reception and they did sort it out the next day however the ants kept coming back wich was a sign that the hotel was dirty the pool had a few things floating in it which was inevitable but we also spotted a cochroch at reception most the staff were lovely though but didnt not move us and tried to disscurudge us from moving room so did end up buying our own bug spray and ants traps
