Fantastic experience. Staff were amazing, so attentive. I had an exoerience where I mislaid a small purse that had my watch in it. Tito, the duty manager, was fantatsic. He was so helpful, calling all the staff to inform them about the missing item. He kept me updated on what he was doing and assured me that he would do whatever it takes to find it. Embarrassingly, after 1.5hours of Tito's time...i found it behind the curtain in my room! But his service was exceptional! Really enjoyed our stay, breakfast was gorgeous, pool area was very chilled and kept clean. Couldnt fault the Pestana South Beach. Will be back!
