Positive experience, couple to rest, quiet and away from confusion, to repeat.

I stayed in this apartment for a week and, overall, I think the experience was positive. The only less pleasant situation happened right upon arrival. The initial care from the collaborator Ana Rita was quite unpleasant and unprofessional, having been treated with lack of empathy in a situation related to the check-in. Also the collaborator who came later to make the check-in did not have the best posture. However, I want to highlight that the situation was resolved the next day thanks to receptionist Liliana, who was absolutely impeccable. She was always extremely polite, friendly, respectful and available to help us. He demonstrated true professionalism, listened to us, spoke to the management and managed to solve the problem in the best way. It is thanks to people like her that a client gets a good image of the accommodation. During the check-out we were served by receptionist Mónica, who was also very friendly, professional and efficient. The return of the bail took place without any problems. Regarding the accommodation, it meets the expectations for the price paid. It has the essential amenities for those who want to spend most of the time on the beach and just come back to rest. The pool is nice and perfectly meets what is expected. The only suggestion for improvement that I leave is regarding the shelves placed above the bed, which I consider potentially dangerous, as someone could hit their heads and get hurt. Overall, despite the bad start, the way the situation was resolved by Liliana and the good care of Mónica made our stay ended quite positively.

During our stay, we had some problems and, when contacting the reception, Liliana was extremely helpful and professional. He handled everything quickly and effectively and continued to confirm with us if everything was resolved. She was always polite, attentive and greeted us with sympathy whenever we passed through the reception. His professionalism and attention were highly appreciated.
