Rocha Hotel Apartment

Brilliant relaxed hotel!!! Great location! We are on our 4th day of our week holiday with our sons. So far, everything is perfect for our holiday. The reception staff are friendly. We could not check-in early but they told us that we could the facilities, pool etc. They stored our luggages securely. Pool towels are rented out towards a deposit of 10 euros each. We were given 2 rooms next to each other which are fantastic sizes. Big beds and lounge area with fridge, sink and kettle. The bathroom soaps, shampoo and lotion smells fresh and lovely. The cleaners work hard and always smiling. The hotel is clean and not pretentious. The pool is not very big but enough size for the amount of guests. The pool area flooring needs to be looked after as some parts of decking is quite worn or needs checking. Some of us have tripped a bit. The pool bar needs an update too. Some drinks are not up to higher standard. Smoothies are not made of fruits but with flavoured mix. Nuno works his best. Breakfast choices are very good for its rating. No special omelette station but plenty of egg variation. Plenty of fresh fruits, fresh orange juice, warm dishes and cold dishes, breads and pastries. There are many restaurants in Praia Da Rocha area. Big variation. There are buses close to the hotel which runs frequently to Portimao old town and Marina. The beach in front of hotel is big and clean. Ideal for families. Lots of restaurants and snack bars Will definitely come back to this hotel again🥰

This hotel had the best rating you can give. We are regular customers even at meals. On this stay we were surprised by the change in the quality of some products at breakfast. Until March we attend the breakfast monthly with excellent quality products. In May, unfortunately, we cannot say so about soluble coffee, eggs and fruits. Even the usual ourshas that mimiced us disappeared. Very good things end quickly. It's a pity.

Nice location. The rooms was very nice and clean. We booked anly room and breakfast (the food was very nice and diversity of choices. The atmosphere in the hotel was pleasant. Good service. Low level of noise. The only complaint was the fact the we booked for sea side view and we received road side view 😅 but was nice. We will definitely come back (hopefully with a sea side view next time) 😁
