Pousada De Tavira Convento Da Graca

We had a 7 night stay in the Pousada Convento Tavira, from arrival until we left all staff were friendly and helpful. The Pousada is a lovely historic building in a Central and quiet location, it has a great pool with plenty of sun loungers and open space to relax. There is a lot of choice for breakfast and Elton and his team make sure that you are well looked after. We would certainly recommend a stay here.

4th year every June, We’ve never been back repeatedly to the same place before, yet here we seem very happy to do so. We come for a long weekend to unwind from heavy schedules and it allows us to enjoy the climate and location where we relax, sleep and eat well, and enjoy downtime with a cocktail or frozen glass beer! The Atlantic is a must to swim in this far south. Tavira day we’ve been there when it has landed on weekends and the community, people and vibe is excellent, as are the plentiful sardines! As for the Convento, it is 5 star luxury in a superbly beautiful, tastefully renovated 14th century former convent. Lovely hotel staff, the hotel scent is very nice too. See you again next year :-)
