Very pleasant experience. A baby with decoration on the arrival of a couple who celebrated 50 years of union. Advice.

We loved our Gold Family Suite! As a family, it was perfect to have two bedrooms. Everything was very clean, beds incredibly comfortable, and strong A/C. The front living room was perfect to hold our luggage and had a couch. We requested a small fridge and staff quickly accommodated us! The large bathroom was new with a nice shower and lots of counter space. Breakfast buffet here at their Letraria restaurant was wonderful and we had a later lunch as well in between our wonderful tile making class at Casa dos Azulejos and dinner. The hotel offers several add-ons to your reservation and we chose the traditional Portuguese azulejo tile making class at Casa dos Azulejos with locals Daniela and Filipe, just two blocks away at their incredible studio- not to be missed!! Florbela at the hotel, brought our packages of tiles and other gifts from the studio to our room the next day when Filipe delivered our finished product. Florbela was incredibly helpful in the planning of our trip, and happily answered all our questions. The magical town of Obidos served as the perfect base for our trips to Fatima, Batalha, and Caldas de Reinhas.
