Nice and clean room with exceptional views of the basilica. Very nice staff. BUT sincerely the hotel would need renovations as it is rather rustic with precarious facilities. The shower was very bad. PLUS, super loud! no insulation! Impossible to sleep with young pilgrims who jumped laughed until not hours!!!!

Very nice hotel, well located and central (but out of the confusion of the streets that surround the Sanctuary), with attentive and friendly staff, and modern and comfortable rooms, which allows its guests to enjoy a pleasant and quiet Mood, of great serenity and spiritual peace, as it implies in Fatima. I recommend.
