Wonderful place, very beautiful, charming chalets and well distributed by space with wonderful views. Hotel staff attentive and friendly.
As for the hotel service, very bad.
Start right through the streets of access to the chalets. There are huge holes in every street, narrow, and with snow it is very easy to spoil a tire or a wheel.
In relation to the chalets are in bad condition. The doors and windows are sealed and let in the cold wind from the outside. Mainly the main door that is not possible to lock with the cannon, just hit with the trench. The exhaust was broken and the stove too. Although you can turn on the stove the numbers do not show up and we have to guess at what temperature it is. The AC makes a chandelier that doesn't let anyone sleep. The water was not hot enough to take a bath.
The cleaning was terrible. Toilet with hair, the sofas full of crumbs and smelled so bad that we had to cover them with blankets.
At the check-in ordered an extra bag of pellets which I paid immediately. They promised to deliver by 4:00. At 5 pm I called because they hadn't arrived. Around 6:00 there they only brought one. I explained that there was another that was already paid. On Saturday morning I called again because the pellets were running out. I had to call 2 times and at the second call there they explained that since it was snowing I had to go get the bucket... There I went under the snow to get the bucket to not get the house frozen and the employee got hot in the hotel.
After complaining they sent extra cleaning team on Saturday but the hair of the wc la remained in the same place....
The breakfast was also a disappointment. We ordered breakfast on the eve and explained that as the hotel was full would have to be in take away. And of course as it was snowing I had to go pick up to the hotel... The breakfast is a very varied kit and with a nice mix. But he brought completely green bananas, impossible to eat, and the bacon from the mixed eggs was raw. It went so well that the next day we went out to have breakfast.
Anyway, a disappointment. I must mention that at the check out after we complained again we were offered the cost of breakfast.
