We were in a couple. Indoor and outdoor swimming pool inside is very large. Wonderful view that few hotels have. All staff were friendly and helpful we liked the hotel in general the facilities of the common areas are good. The breakfast could have a lot more variety I found very weak for the size of the hotel. It is a hotel already with a few years is huge I believe it is difficult to do maintenance to all facilities. Sauna swimming pools Turkish bath all with good conditions and very clean. Only in the rooms I found it deserves a refurbishment. We'll be back!

The stay did not happen since the problems started with the reservation. It was confirmed on the phone and email booking that the payment was made at check-in. Since I received a new email informing that I would have to make 50% of the payment up to 3 days before without any explanation regarding the information given in the booking and confirmed by email. I questioned the divergence of information by phone and the answer was unprofessional. Judging by the initial incident and the unprofessional way it was treated, how will everything else be?
