Hotel Rubi

They should exchange the H of hotel for the M of Motel.The small, dark rooms and in a matter of cleanliness quite to be desired.The uncomfortable mattress, the small bed and still use blankets!!!! HORRIBLE, DON'T GO!!!

Family weekend in the academic week I came to Viseu to see the trace of the cover of my daughter studying here in Viseu We rented 3 rooms for our family here in this hotel, where we thought to stay only 1 night, but due to the downtime of getting without light that happened throughout Europe we were held here without alternatives to supply, we were welcomed with all the conditions nor even a hotel of 5 * had the capacity of all communities were connected with generators and internet which was the alternative to have some information, they gave me the whole family rooms with higher value for the same price. The greatest values are the human factor and these people have had a behavior Excellent thanks on behalf of the whole Marques family. No doubt when returning to Viseu will be my favorite hotel thank you for everything 🙏

The only good thing about this place was that the staff is very friendly. I was there in 2015 and because I liked it I went back. But this time I am very disappointed. Bed you can feel the springs. And there was a day that I was all day with pain as I slept on the side. Bedbugs. All my back is full of bites. And my daughter legs the same. They use blankets that look so hold. Blue pillows without pillow cases. My daughter got stuck in the shower few times. I asked someone to help to fix no one went there. And the shower doors were broken and very dirty. The hair dryer was so dirty and full of dust like they don't clean this for over a year. Did not have a little wardrobe to put any clothes. So if you going to stay at least for a week everything is going to be kept in the bag. The worst really is the bedbugs
