This was my first time visiting this hotel and came with ky partner and dad to celebrate my grandmother's 73rd birthday. The facilities by themselves are already amazing, with a modern design filled with natural elements. But what really made this stay completely unforgettable was without a doubt the staff. I would like to make a special mention to Maria Inês who days before my arrival was already calling me to know more info on the celebration occasion and she made sure to not only upgrade our rooms but also make preparations throughout the entire stay on order for my grandmother to feel special. On her birthday (3/7) we dinned in Tempera restaurant and right away the hostess Jessica recognized and congratulated grandmother. The entire restaurant staff further suprised us with a cake and champanhe while singing happy birthday! Needless to say my grandmother even teared up for feeling so special! I will definitely return to this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone who wants to experience a 10 star service from the staff! Simply the best there is!
