Santarem Hotel

During the week several people stay at the bar in teleworking and consuming including lunch. But the director of the hotel decides to turn off the air conditioning, not to pay for the electricity. With temperatures of 9 degrees people start to cough including guests. And at the reception they still laugh. Come another good hotel, because this has arrogant people who perceive little hospitality and mainly customer service.

I am from Leiria and due to Hurricane Kristin that left us without water, light, and communications and where entire families and companies lost everything, I went with my wife and daughter to take a hot shower (just and alone ) where we were charged 97 €. We explained the situation but it was the least they were able to do, but they should be ashamed of profiting from the misery of others!!!!!!!!!!! Shame on You

Sympathy, hospitality and good service, is what you expect from a good hotel! Ah, the coffee machine is a very nice detail! Thank you
