The Belém Hotel has everything to make us feel at home. Since the arrival we feel a comfort and harmony that can hardly be found elsewhere. The rooms are very comfortable, bathroom with very quality toiletries. The breakfast is varied and with small details, such as customization for those who need care with certain foods. And then there is the personalized care in which they know him and greet him as if we were from home. And we really feel we are! Environmentally committed hotel, which makes all the difference. It's a pleasure to stay here, even if it's at work.

Incredible experience, from the ease of check-in, with the possibility of sending the identification documents by email to the comfort they gave us to make the check-out at 12h, since the reason for the stay was related to a wedding the fatigue was great. The reception made by a gentleman so more of "age" was spectacular, I only regret not to have verified the name, but always showed concern for our well-being. Our room was simple but very careful, the comfort of the mattress and pillows was amazing. The simple but very good breakfast and with very ecological alternatives to the waste of food. Last but not least, the small details are what make all the difference for the customer, when we arrived in our room we had a small message for us, for me it was the first time I stayed in a hotel where they had these little care. Without a doubt to repeat !!
