Good afternoon. Hotel well located, but in need of conservation - wind enters through the windows and place towels to minimize the entrance of the same. On my last stay, I paid for buffet breakfast at the Ckek Inn, which costs 14,00 per person, and I did not enjoy buffet breakfast because it was not available. Later it was the entity alerted to this fact. The answer was the sending of an email that says nothing about the complaint. It is depressing that a hotel unit, called 4*, has this type of behavior and does not recognize that it is charging a service that does not provide it, so it is deceiving the consumer. Stay alert and be careful.

Booked a meal at this hotel for a Monday night. 1) menu info on line dated 2016 2) meal reservation on line did not work Emailed the hotel directly to reserve a table - no reply Called to reserve a table and booking was confirmed (24h before). The attendant took my phone number. Arrived on the Monday evening to find the restaurant was CLOSED. Attendant admitted to dealing with the reservation but sad “I am new here”. He explained the restaurant was closed. I asked why he didn’t call to let us know. No reason was given. So many issues here with process/management rather than the “new” individual. 1) Email failure - how many reservation for room/meals have they missed 2) why is the on line menu so old? 3) why had they not given their staff basic info/process for booking restaurant tables?
