... location and very good in quality/price. It was very nice days and the pool was very helpful during the heat wave. Acceptable breakfast and good toasts at the end of the day. If you go back to Covilhã, we'll stay around again

Hotel in need of renovation the carpet of the hallways has a strange smell, the room nothing special, bad bed and pillows, decadent old jacuzzi and reception staff nothing friendly.

Excellent hotel, right at the reception with a fabulous smell. Simple but clean room with a nice decor and at the base of Lã. Varied breakfast. As a celiac, and being certified by APC, they had all the care for me to have a great experience. From the choice of breakfast that came apart from everything, to dinner, previously chosen by me, everything was delicious. Even without gluten, the desserts were fantastic. Very attentive and careful staff. The only less good point, was the blackout of the room which is a bit narrow and does not make full cover of the window, which made us have a lot of brightness early in the morning. But overall is a hotel clearly coming back☺️
