Great hotel in a unique setting - all the staff were great - from all the reception staff I me to the breakfast staff - Ana, Arefin & Isabel - what a wonderful experience - you made my holiday

The hotel is built into the old ramparts of a fort which means it is something of a rabbit warren but once you get your bearings (and watch new guests wandering round in confusion!) it’s a great place to stay Excellent customer service, most comfortable hotel bedroom ever, great location and excellent location

We‘ve been here for a 2-day team meeting with 40 persons. Everything was well organised, hotel and meeting rooms were great. Service was very friendly, always helpful and flexible.
