The real rating is - 4 stars. The room is tired and damaged. No amenities in the room, not even a chair! AC is filthy and mouldy. Dust pile on top of the closet.

Location is very good, but the rest of the hotel's condition calls for renovation, not cozy, everything shabby and worn. Rooms with basic equipment, even drinking water is not served. The price does not match the offer. Breakfast good, best pastel de nata and excellent butter croissants. Parking is good.It was a good stay for one night, but I would not choose this hotel for a long relaxing.

The hotel is located close to the casino, train station and beach. This hotel does not meet a 4 star rating, it is very tired and dirty. There is no tea & coffee facilities in the room, no bar drinks or snacks apart from a few over priced cans from reception. Upon arrival our bathroom was covered with moths. A very disappointing stay.
