Dom Sancho I

Hotel "in its original state" but with great bedding, air conditioning, top-notch service, a decent breakfast, and above all, located in the heart of Lisbon, very convenient.

I stayed in early November for 4 days at Dom Sancho I and I have nothing to complain about. The room is basic but clean and functional being in 1 convenient location for sightseeing. Good breakfast and quite varied. Friendly polite staff and available to give tourist directions.

During my stay at the hotel from September 15th to 24th, Room 214, occupied by my family, was found to be clean but had a poor room layout. The front desk attendant, Victor, who wore glasses and had a white beard, exhibited rude and unprofessional behavior throughout our visit. The commute from the airport to the hotel took approximately 25 to 35 minutes. The breakfast was the highlight of our stay, with a consistent menu that was both enjoyable and satisfying. Overall, I would not recommend staying at this hotel.
