Wow! Excellent property featuring all the amenities needed for a comfortable city stay. Amazing quality of rooms and beds and rooms are cleaned diligently by staff. Staff are polite and helpful and 24/7 doorman service is a nice touch for security and helping with bags. Elio was very helpful upon arrival. This hotel definitely raises the bar for sevice at such a good price.

We returned agsin this year as we were seeing Iron maiden again . The hotel was even better , if that was possible. Staff delightful. Room wonderful , bed so comfortable and bathroom great and amazing air con as it was 39 degrees outside . The complimentary pastel de nata , coffee and port is a wonderful treat when you come back from a day walking a d sightseeing. Would not hesitate to recommend or return , in fact it is now our go to in Lisboa . Thankyou Micaela and Alex

My wife and I loved everything about this hotel. The location is fantastic with easy walking distance to most city attractions, yet quiet at night. Rooms are spacious, very clean and comfortable beds. The staff are also very friendly and helpful. I would not think twice about coming back!
