Great location, very convenient to metro. Friendly staff and comfortable beds.

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, clean, had a lovely balcony, and the bed was soft and comfortable. Parking in the garage was easy and convenient. The reception staff were friendly, easy to talk to, especially the gentleman who has been with the hotel for nearly 20 years. He was easy to talk to, professional, and funny. A special thank you to Sunima at breakfast, who took the time to explain the different functions of the coffee machines and helped us with the vegetarian menu options. Her kindness, patience, and attentiveness were greatly appreciated and made our mornings especially pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience and would gladly stay here again.

It was 3 days of excellent stay at Hotel Príncipe Lisboa. The perfect choice. From easy and quick check-in to checkout, it was an amazing service. The hotel allowed us to occupy the room earlier, which was wonderful. We also received a toast on account of the hotel. The location is perfect in a quiet neighborhood, close to everything from El Corte Inglés and the Eduardo VII Park and in front of the Metro. Excellent room, clean, high floor, as we requested, with excellent quality mineral water offered daily. Quiet, spacious room, with king bed and super comfortable mattress, wonderful pillows and bed linen, new and clean, an excellent blackout, providing a perfect sleep. The breakfast is excellent, with food options for all tastes, with a lot of quality and a perfect service. Cold, hot dishes, varied bread and beverages, croissants, with a highlight for the delicious “pastel de nata” and also for the fruits: apple of various types, pear, kiwi, grapes, banana and melon. The restaurant is very clean. In short, a perfect breakfast. The elevators are new, there are no congestion despite the many guests. Highlight: The staff are very kind and helpful. Exceptional accommodation.
